After nearly two years of design time going into Project Sarasota Sunset, we cannot be more ecstatic to finally share the fully designed and decorated rooms of the Pentecost-Chadwick family's Sarasota, Florida home. While we love every single room from this project, the rustic coastal kitchen may very well be our fave! Keep reading for all the deets!

Rustic Coastal Kitchen
As this is the central space in the home, we knew the kitchen would become the room the Pentecost-Chadwick family gathers around most. Since Kindsey not only loves to cook but is also the author of Simply Balanced, a cookbook full of recipes free of refined sugar, dairy, and gluten, our team was very purposeful in creating a space that was both extremely beautiful and functional. The extended island gives plenty of space for family members and guests to dine on one side while still having room for food prep on the other.
The marble slabs used for the backsplash blew our minds! Large, bold marble veining is very on trend – and we'll likely be seeing more of this style in the months and years to come. Paired with the cool-colored quartz countertops and the warm white oak cabinetry created such an inviting space. The way that this all came together was just breathtaking.
The focal point of the kitchen is this gorgeous black range. The gold accents on this French-style range elevated the design so that it's just as decorative as functional. We kept simple lines on the range hood with the marble accent running along the bottom since there was already so much detail in the range and marble slab backsplash.
Finishing this vignette off, we installed a gold pot-filler above the stove. Trust me when I say you need to add this accessory to your kitchen plans asap if you haven't already!
Can you believe the refrigerator is hidden behind these white oak doors?! Panel ready appliances are must, and we love incorporating these in as many kitchens as possible for all our projects!
Hammered dome pendants were hung above the grandiose island and woven rope barstools add a nod to the waterfront outside. Satin gold hardware and plumbing were the perfect finishing touches to this luxe kitchen design.
One of the best decisions we made when designing this kitchen was adding built-in shelving and drawers at the end of the bar. I LOVE this styled moment, plus it was such an easy place to add a bit more pretty storage.
Minimalist Coastal Dining Room
Directly adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room is easily accessible in this open floor plan. It carries on the kitchen's high end design with minimalist coastal flair.
The natural lighting in this space is unreal! I couldn't believe how beautifully the sunlight drenched this room (and ultimately the entire home) at all times of day – the views were all we needed for interior design inspiration. Adding slim, quarter-grid windows uniformly around the dining table was a must to show it off!
Choosing minimalist furniture with clean lines was critical for this design. We wanted a high end look without all the fuss, and I'm really happy with the end result here.
The classic black, white, and neutral palette gave us lots of room to incorporate earthenware and hand-made accessories.
While I love the dining table and chairs that we selected for this space, the true showstopper is this coastal rope-tiered chandelier. Be still my heart! You'll see in our future room reveals, this is one of many jaw-dropping light fixtures that grace this rustic coastal home.
We are just getting started with our Sarasota Sunset project reveal! If you haven't had a chance to see the Sarasota Sunset video tour yet, you absolutely must pop over to our first article with the full reveal.
Next up, we'll be sharing the primary suite – complete with fully-designed his and hers closets – so stay tuned!
It's so cool that we can discuss the news here, express our opinions, and discover something new. I think it's really cool when you have a high-quality news portal that provides you with up-to-date and verified news. I am very glad to have such a portal and recently I read Maxim Krippa's biography on Vulkan News and much more, which allowed me to learn a lot of new information about this figure. Thus, I learnt that he is a very active investor with a focus on the Ukrainian market, which is very cool. I also learned that he is the main investor in Maincast, and that he helped them overcome the crisis that occurred in 2022. Crippa is investing in…
