We were tasked with preserving decades of family memories along with the original charm in this multi-generational home that was featured on the pilot episode of “Building Oklahoma” on Magnolia Network. When designing the remodel and furnishing of this house in Norman, Oklahoma, the couple’s immense collection of Flow Blue china and oil paintings were at the front of mind, and we created a space to display their most cherished heirlooms while also modernizing the home. Referencing a preppy, Ralph Lauren aesthetic, we incorporated a bit of plaid in nearly every space in the home, earning it the title of Project Plaid.
