About the Role

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an E-commerce Logistics Specialist. This role requires proficiency in Shopify and a strong understanding of logistics operations within an e-commerce environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, inventory management, and timely delivery to our customers.



Responsibilities:


Order Fulfillment and Inventory Management:


  • Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from order receipt to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to maintain optimal stock availability.

  • Analyze data and provide insights to optimize logistics operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.


Shipping and Delivery Coordination:


  • Coordinate with shipping partners and courier services to ensure prompt and cost-effective shipping of customer orders.

  • Implement effective shipping strategies to optimize costs, minimize transit times, and enhance customer satisfaction.


Warehouse and Fulfillment Center Management:

  • Liaise with fulfillment centers or warehouses to ensure timely receipt, storage, and retrieval of inventory.

  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize order picking, packing, and shipping processes for efficiency and accuracy.


Customer Support and Communication:

  • Provide excellent customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the online shopping journey.

  • Collaborate with the customer service team to develop efficient processes for handling customer inquiries and returns.



Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proficiency in Shopify and its logistics-related features, such as inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.

  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, including order processing, warehousing, inventory management, and shipping.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Knowledge of shipping carriers, shipping regulations, and customs procedures is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights for process improvement.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
