Hi, I'm Kelsey McGregor
Founder & Principal Designer
I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a fun-loving entrepreneur, wife, and mom of four, navigating life in Oklahoma while running a design firm I absolutely love. My husband, Scott, is the owner of McGregor Homes, and together we’ve designed and built over 100 homes—an experience that sparked my passion for interior design and ultimately led me to launch Kelsey Leigh Design Company in 2018.
What began at my dining room table has grown into an award-winning firm serving clients nationwide. I’m incredibly grateful to lead an amazing team of talented women who bring creativity, heart, and expertise to every project.
When I’m not immersed in design, you’ll likely find me enjoying tacos, watching musicals (or both!), and seeking out the absolute best food experiences. My joy comes from my faith—Jesus is my foundation and the reason behind everything I do.
Meet The Team
Leah Jeryc, Design Director
Everyone will tell you that Leah is the glue that holds KLD together! As Kelsey’s right-hand-man and the office “mom,” Leah has her hands in just about every initiative under the KLD brand. While she plays a huge role in the administrative side of the company, she continues to make time to design many of our interiors alongside perfecting the client experience. We’re all super excited, as one of our upcoming projects is Leah’s family’s home build.

Lacey Berrong, Lead Designer
When not helping clients create their dream homes Lacey can be found with her husband and two daughters finding treasures at an antique show or thrift market. Her love of found, vintage items inspired by her passion for mixing old with new. Lacey joined the KLD team in several years back and loves the point of view each client brings to a new project.

Jennifer Machala, Lead Designer
Jenn has been designing interiors as long as she can remember. From her first "Barbie Dream House" to her childhood home, she has always loved decorating! Her parents would often wake in the morning to find the living room had been rearranged, blinds had been removed, and the pantry was completely organized. After making it official and graduating with a degree in interior design from UCO, she went on to spend the next 20 years traveling coast to coast as the lead designer for a Dallas firm. Jenn brings a level of sophistication and refinement to every new construction project she designs, and is the first person everyone goes to for advice or encouragement. Lovingly referred to as Jen Jen in the office, Jenn is the life of party and keeps us laughing all day long!

Hanna Henrich, Lead Designer
Hanna is a Texan that is currently working remotely for the KLD Design team. Her interest in all things creative started at a young age, and she decided to become an interior designer when she realized that it was combination of her favorite things – color, organization, & comfort. While she loves all parts of the design process, her favorite part is finding the perfect (preferably antique) accessory or piece of art to complete the space. On any given day off, you might find her traveling, chilling at an outdoor concert, or just reading a good book.

Aimee Nana, Lead Designer
Aimee has always been drawn to all things creative, with some of her earliest memories spent rearranging her bedroom and persuading her parents to take her shopping for home décor. Today, her favorite part of the job is building meaningful relationships with clients and helping create homes that feel deeply personal and family-focused. When she isn’t dreaming up new paint palettes or cabinet layouts, she loves hosting friends and family or baking treats to share with the design team. At the heart of it all, faith anchors her family, and she often has “pinch me” moments of gratitude that she gets to work alongside like-minded individuals doing what she loves every day.

Jessica Ramsdell, Account Manager
Jessica is the central processing system for KLD. She expertly handles client accounts and purchasing and makes sure all "t"s are crossed and "i"s are dotted when bringing a project to completion. She loves a good spreadsheet but also loves design and seeing homes transformed. She loves getaways with her husband and cheering her four kids on at their sporting events.

Jennifer Mathis, Manager of Marketing, Content Strategy & Partnerships
Jennifer is a digital media expert with 13 years of content creation and marketing experience. As a self-proclaimed interior design enthusiast, making a transition from a career in wedding publication to interior design was a surprisingly natural fit, and Jennifer now oversees all promotional and partnership efforts for the KLD and Heritage House brands. Outside of work hours, you can find Jennifer perfecting a new cocktail recipe she HAS to try, working on one of her many house DIY projects or building a jigsaw puzzle.

Kassandra Reyes, Design Assistant
Kass has always loved being in the creative world, drawing inspiration from her surroundings and the imaginative people around her. She’s happiest when she’s on the hunt for hidden gems, whether that’s browsing antique shops, thrifting for one-of-a-kind pieces, or working on home remodels. She loves celebrating the creativity and personality behind each find.

Loclynn Lively, Content Creator
Loclynn is a small-town country girl with a love for city living. She’s always had an eye for creating beautiful spaces and experiences. With a background in fashion marketing and over three years of content creation experience, she brings a unique perspective to the KLD team, making the design journey inspiring, fun, relatable, and full of behind-the-scenes moments. Her true passion has always been for homes, and she loves helping others find joy in the process. When she’s not working, you’ll most likely find her at a local coffee shop, exploring the city with friends, traveling, catching a game, or enjoying a good concert.
